Intended Use
Concrete Sealer is intended for:
- Reducing rainwater absorption in concrete and masonry surfaces
- Preventing moisture penetration through porous substrates
- Minimising staining, discolouration, and surface contamination
- Protecting driveways, paths, pavers, and structural concrete
- Maintaining breathable surface construction
Suitable for new and existing concrete where appearance and vapour transmission must be preserved.
Suitable Substrates
Concrete Sealer may be applied to:
- Poured and precast concrete
- Concrete block and besser block
- Exposed aggregate surfaces
- Concrete pavers and pathways
- Porous mineral and masonry substrates
Suitability depends on porosity, surface condition, and moisture content at time of application.
Functional Characteristics
- Penetrating, non-film-forming treatment
- Chemically bonds within the pore structure of the substrate
- Repels liquid water while allowing water vapour to escape
- Reduces uptake of oils, dirt, and surface contaminants

Application Method
Applied by low-pressure sprayer or roller to clean, dry concrete or masonry.
Typical process:
- Surface cleaned and free of oil, grease, curing compounds, and existing sealers
- Applied evenly and liberally until the surface reaches refusal
- Excess material removed from low-porosity or non-absorbent zones
- Allowed to penetrate and cure fully within the substrate before traffic or exposure
Application rate varies with substrate porosity and surface profile.
