Ultra Block Seal — Masonry & Porous Concrete Waterproofing Sealer
Overview
Ultra Block Seal is a penetrating, water-dispersed sealer combining a polyester polymer with water-borne polyurethane and acrylic chemistry. On application it saturates into the substrate, filling internal voids and coating the pore walls throughout the matrix — leaving a slight surface sheen that confirms full penetration. Unlike surface-only coatings, the protection is built into the material itself.
Available in 5L, 10L and 20L.
How It Works
The three-component chemistry — polyester polymer, polyurethane and acrylic — works together once the water carrier evaporates. The polymer chains deposit throughout the pore structure, the polyurethane adds flexibility and bond strength to the coated surfaces, and the acrylic component locks the system together. The result is a treated matrix that repels moisture at the point of entry rather than relying on a surface film to do the work.

Coverage
4–5 m² per litre, depending on surface roughness and porosity. Highly porous or aged masonry will absorb more on the first coat — a second application may be required to achieve full saturation on historic or extremely open-faced substrates.
Typical Applications
Designed for industrial, commercial and residential use across a wide range of porous substrates: besser block, cinder block, brick, rendered walls, concrete floors, driveways, ramps, pavers, stucco and natural stone. Suited to both internal and external surfaces above ground level.
Not intended for continuous submerged service.

Application Notes
Apply by low-pressure sprayer, liberally enough that the surface is actively absorbing without puddling. Back-roll to even out material and clear any low-spot pooling. Allow to dry fully before traffic is permitted on floor surfaces.
Surface must be clean and free of oil, grease and existing sealers before application — if water beads on the surface, a prior sealer is present and Ultra Block Seal will not penetrate. After application, overcoat only with quality acrylic, oil-based, epoxy or urethane paints. Do not use latex paint over a treated surface.
Apply when air and surface temperature are above 5°C and at least 5°C above dew point. Optimal application between 20–35°C.
